Dwayne McCullough has a diverse background covering multiple strategic areas of ecommerce development and support and is certified in many Cognos Business Intelligence applications. He has an extensive history of end to end team management of web-based application development, business reporting development, and business process consulting. Dwayne McCullough joined the Capital One team in November 2011 as manager & product consultant for MasterCard virtual card commercial payment (Purchase Control) implementations. Most recently he was the Card Technology Officer and Vice President in the Commercial Card division of Treasury and Payment Solutions at SunTrust Bank Inc., with duties ranging from advanced Business Intelligence data modeling, custom XSLT development, and level 3 technology support desk management. Previously he was a Business Intelligence consultant for Pyramid Consulting Inc., one of the fastest growing consulting firms in the United States. Bringing him to the Atlanta area was a position as the Business Intelligence Analyst for Southeast Region of Fiserv Inc., a Fortune 500 financial services company. Prior to Fiserv he was the State-Wide Technology Help Desk Manager and Virtual Bookstore Coordinator for the RODP Central Office with the Tennessee Board of Regent's Online Degree Program serving the escalated IT help desk needs of 45 State Universities and colleges. Before being promoted to the TN State level he was the webmaster and faculty technology trainer at Cleveland State Community College. Dwayne McCullough came to CSCC from Los Alamos National Lab...his diverse background and experiences abroad has lead to work for agencies such as NOPEF in Norway, Seafarers International, MEBA, and other Marine organizations in the Gulf States. Dwayne McCullough served 10 years in the United States Merchant Marines as an Executive Officer and is a licensed ship's Master (Captain), commanding supply vessels throughout the world. Before joining the Merchant Marines he served in the U.S. Army as a Telecommunications Specialist.
